Silk sutures are braided with special technology to ensure tight braiding, better strength and performance. Silk Braided Black Suture can be used as ligatures for removable fixtures and cardiovascular surgery (for suturing the grafts) also used in general surgery, ophthalmic surgery, Gastrointestinal surgery and orthopedic surgery.
